What we do

Three disciplines. One accountable team.

Design it, verify it, build it. The same principals carry a project from the first site walk through warranty closeout.

01 · Phase 01 Plan the Mission

Engineering

MEP design, assessments and energy

Licensed mechanical, electrical and plumbing design with PE-stamped construction documents, facility condition assessments and energy audits.

  • MEP and plumbing design
  • HVAC replacement and modernization
  • Energy audits and resilience planning
02 · Phase 02 Verify the System

Commissioning

New construction, retro-Cx and electrical studies

Functional performance testing of HVAC, controls and building automation so systems deliver what the design intended, in occupied and secure facilities.

  • New-construction and retro-commissioning
  • FPTs, TAB verification, issues logs
  • Arc flash, coordination and short circuit studies
03 · Phase 03 Execute & Deliver

General Contracting

Turn-key design-build delivery

Mechanical equipment replacement, renovations and fit-out delivered design-build or design-bid-build, with EM 385-1-1 safety and QC plans.

  • Design-build and design-bid-build
  • Subcontractor and schedule management
  • Closeout, warranty and as-builts
Who we are

Veteran-led.
Mission-focused.

12Bravo Group is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business founded in 2018 by a U.S. Army veteran. We bring military discipline and accountability to commissioning, MEP and mechanical equipment work in the public and private sectors.

12B · Combat Engineer

12B is the U.S. Army occupational specialty for Combat Engineer: the soldiers who build, breach and clear so the mission can move. The name is a standard for how we work. Plan carefully, build to standard, finish the job.

Capabilities

Engineering. Commissioning. General Contracting.

One firm carries the project from concept to construction. Each discipline stands on its own, and together they remove the handoffs where federal projects lose time and money.

Phase 01Plan the Mission

Engineering: assess the facility, define the scope and produce stamped documents that can be bid and built.

Phase 02Verify the System

Commissioning: test, tune and document so the owner gets the performance that was promised.

Phase 03Execute & Deliver

General contracting: self-perform the management, control the schedule, close out clean.
